  • Delivery is usually instant or sent shortly after purchase

  • If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, contact me for support

 

6. Digital content and refunds

Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

However, by purchasing digital content, you agree that:

  • Delivery begins immediately after purchase

  • You consent to losing your cancellation rights once download or access begins

Therefore:

  • Refunds are not available once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law (e.g. faulty or misdescribed content)

 

7. Vocal coaching services

If coaching services are offered:

  • Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance

  • Missed lessons or late cancellations may still be charged at the full session rate

 

8. Intellectual property

All music, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of Michaela Penny unless otherwise stated.

When purchasing content, you receive a:

  • Personal

  • Non-exclusive

  • Non-transferable licence

You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell the content without permission.

 

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share downloads or access links

  • Upload or redistribute my music

  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission

 

10. Website availability

I aim to keep the website running smoothly, but:

  • I do not guarantee uninterrupted access

  • I am not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (e.g. Wix or PayPal)

 

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
